It's been a while

My camera has been gathering dust in the back of the closet. I guess it has taken me an entire year to get settled enough in Manila to pick it back up. Even my friends tease me whenever we are at an event. "Who is the photographer here that NEVER carries their camera?"

But I am NOT that kind of photographer. I am not the kind that carries their camera with them everywhere they go. Oh how I hate lugging the thing around hoping to capture some magnificent shot of a sunset.

I enjoy capturing personality; making timeless the moments between a father and his son, the yawn of a newborn baby and the love between sisters. That is the kind of photography that inspires me and I hope inspires you too.

I am not saying that I am starting full force again. I have enjoyed the time-off, but after doing a few sessions in the last couple months I am getting back into the swing of things and my camera is no longer in the back of the armoire...
